When you submit an order request through the form on rawbales.com, we collect:

• Your full name and (optional) company name
• Your email address and phone number
• The bale allocation, weight, and delivery address you request
• Logistics details (forklift access, loading dock, frequency)
• How you heard about us, and any free-text notes you provide

We also automatically collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, referring source, device type). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To respond to your order request with a freight quote and availability
• To fulfill, ship, and follow up on orders you place with us
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, shipping updates)
• To improve the site and our service based on aggregate analytics

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Supabase — secure database hosting (United States)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics
• Freight carriers — delivery information needed to ship your order

Each of these providers is contractually bound to handle your data securely and use it only for the purposes we direct.

We retain order request records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@rawbales.com. We will delete your records within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain them (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@rawbales.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use minimal first-party cookies required for the site to function and for anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to submit an order request.

Order data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases. Access is limited to RawBales personnel who need it to fulfill orders. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply industry-standard practices to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page for 30 days.
