A raw credential bale is donated clothing pulled directly from nonprofit bins or donation routes, compressed into a roughly 800–1,100 lb block wrapped in wire or strapping. Raw means nothing has been done to it — no sorting, no picking, no culling, no grading.

What is the minimum order for raw credential bales?

Our minimum order is 5,000 lbs — typically five to six bales. We aggregate your order with other buyers to fill a full truckload before shipping.

Do you sort or grade the bales?

Step 1: Understand What You're Buying

Step 2: Know Your Volume

Wholesale used clothing is priced by the pound, and your per-pound price is largely determined by how much you're buying. Most raw credential sourcing has historically required a full truckload — 40,000 lbs or more — to get access to source pricing.

We sell direct with a 5,000 lb minimum. You get source-level pricing without having to commit to a full 40,000 lb truckload. Submit your order and we handle the rest.

·10,000 lbs = mid-volume, best balance of price and commitment
·20,000 lbs+ = high volume, lowest per-pound rate

Step 3: Check Your Delivery Setup

Wholesale bales ship LTL (less than truckload) on pallets. Before you order, confirm:

·Do you have a loading dock? If not, you'll need a liftgate delivery — confirm with your freight quote.
·Do you have a forklift or pallet jack? Bales weigh 800–1,100 lbs each.
·Do you have space? A 5,000 lb order is roughly 5–6 palletized bales.

Missing delivery info is the most common reason for delayed shipments. Get your dock and forklift situation sorted before you submit your order request.

Step 4: Vet Your Supplier

The wholesale used clothing industry has a fair number of intermediaries who represent product they don't actually control. Before you commit, ask:

·Can I inspect before committing to a large order?

We welcome inspection by appointment for buyers within driving distance of our Anaheim, CA facility. Out-of-state buyers receive photos of staged bales before shipment.

Step 5: Understand the Pricing Structure

Raw credential pricing is quoted per pound, with freight quoted separately. The per-pound rate scales down as your allocation grows. At our current pricing, orders start at $0.82/lb for a 5,000 lb allocation and drop to $0.58/lb at a full 40,000 lb truckload.
