TERMS OF USE

RawBales is a wholesale textile brokerage based in Anaheim, California. We source and ship 100% raw credential bales (unsorted, ungraded donated clothing) in fractional allocations starting at 1,000 lbs. We aggregate multiple buyers' orders into full truckload pulls and deliver fractional allocations nationwide via LTL or FTL freight.

Submitting an order request through rawbales.com is a request for a quote, not a purchase. No binding sale is created until both parties agree in writing on price, weight, delivery terms, and payment.

RawBales reserves the right to decline any order request at our discretion. Availability is subject to current truckload sourcing and may change between quote and confirmation.

Prices are quoted per truckload run based on current source costs, market conditions, and freight. Quotes are typically valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (timing, method, deposit requirements) are agreed individually per order and confirmed in writing before shipping.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is not collected on wholesale transactions but you are responsible for any applicable resale or use tax in your jurisdiction.

All bales sold are 100% raw credentials — donated clothing pulled directly from nonprofit donation routes, unsorted, ungraded, and not picked through. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• The composition of any individual bale is variable and not guaranteed by piece, brand, season, or style
• Bales may include damaged, soiled, or non-resaleable items typical of unsorted donation streams
• We do not warrant the resale value of any item within a bale

Freight is arranged separately from bale pricing and quoted based on your delivery ZIP and access requirements (forklift, loading dock, liftgate). Risk of loss transfers to you upon pickup by the freight carrier unless otherwise agreed. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Inspection of bales at delivery is your responsibility. Visible freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Claims for hidden damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Because raw credential bales are sold as a commodity in their as-collected state, all sales are final once the bale ships. We offer photos of staged bales before shipment on request. If you receive a bale that materially differs from what was agreed in your order confirmation, contact us within 48 hours and we will work toward a fair resolution (replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion).

The site and the products sold through it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RawBales disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will RawBales' total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific bale order giving rise to the claim. RawBales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost resale opportunity.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or fraudulent order requests
• Use the site to harvest emails, scrape data, or interfere with operations
• Resell or transfer your quote to another party without our consent

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
